Admin Support plan:
This support plan is perfect for organizations that already have help-desk staff. For just $199 per Administrator per year, you can filter all of your end user requests through your Administrator(s).
End User support Plan:
For just $199 per year, you'll receive phone and email support for 1 user. And it's just $5 /user/month for all additional users under your Google Apps domain.
Hours of Operation:
- Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Atlantic Standard Time), excluding holidays
Resolution:
- 24 hours or sooner
